Bedsits and small furnished flats

These units are a 30-minute tram journey from the city centre. Only sheets and bed covers are provided. There will be no crockery, bathroom towels or housekeeping service.

2020 prices for 4 weeks : € 476
The price includes :

  • utility costs (electricity, gas, water),
  • a change of sheets every 2 weeks

Payment of a deposit during enrolment, amount to one month’s rent and payment of monthly
rents.
